Hey there! I’m Amy, the mastermind (a.k.a. mom) behind Wiki-Licious, where we serve

up sweet malasadas

that taste like a tropical vacation—no plane

ticket required! 🌺✈️

After my divorce, I needed a way to make money

and be there for my kids. Because let’s be honest, parenting is already a full-time job—why not add

fried dough into the mix?

So, we rolled up our sleeves, embraced the sugar rush, and launched a family business selling malasadas at fairs in Alaska (yes, that Alaska).

We wanted to create something fun, delicious, and meaningful—a way to teach my kids the value of hard work while making people smile, one bite at a time. And here we are, still sprinkling a little bit of

aloha into every treat. ❤️🍩

Our malasadas became so popular that even winter couldn’t stop us! People were bundling up like they were trekking to the North Pole—just to get a taste of that warm, fluffy island magic. So, we turned our house into a secret malasada making machine.

No password needed—just a love for

deep-fried happiness! 🌺

With my best friend Mary, my kids, and some

amazing employees, we grew so

big we had to level

up! Our house just couldn’t handle the

sugar rush anymore, so we started

renting a commissary twice a

week—because apparently, the world

needed more malasadas, and who were

we to deny them?🌺

Thanks to our amazing customers, our

business just kept growing!

What started as a small family

hustle turned into a full-blown

malasada movement—

because once you taste paradise,

there’s no going back! 🌺

On June 5, 2020, we took the leap—and the dough rose with us! The first Wiki-Licious shop was born, bringing warm,

sugary Aloha to the world, one

malasada at a time! 🌺

I decided it was time to spread the Aloha

and share the love—so I franchised my family business! Now, there are lots of other families working together, frying up malasadas and making memories.

And guess what? We’ve got over

50 franchises now!

Pretty cool, huh? 🌺

We are beyond grateful for the people of Hawaii who helped us

grow our business with their

wisdom and endless support. 🌺

Thank you for sharing your culture

with us—it truly blesses the whole world!

What would the world be without

the Spirit of Aloha?

Pretty boring, if you ask us!
